We don't have employees in the traditional sense. Every member of the Akri Consulting Group is responsible for ensuring they meet whatever annual income goals they have by finding projects to work on. The benefit of the Akri Consulting Group is that you can tap in to the skills of other members when you have a project with deliverables that you can't meet. For instance, a web developer may not have graphic design skills and so would look to a member of Akri with web design skills.

Over time, less motivated members remove themselves from the group which leaves a very strong core of people that you can rely on. We find that this model attracts those that are truly serious about their consulting careers and are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Those that can bring a project to Akri, big or small, are more likely to have their application accepted. Still interested in joining? Then read on.

Just about every project we work on requires someone with network and hardware skills. Sometimes our clients provide this expertise and sometimes they don't. We're looking for people that can figure out hardware and network requirements for a software application before it's built. We need people that can figure out the idiosyncrasies of a client's network and then come up with an integration plan.
